This page is for the CEOs, non-Alphean NPCs that run Leaping Bunny, the largest and most profitable company in the Prime System.Behind the scenes, the Leaping Bunny is the shadow government of the Prime System. Each of the NPCs is in "charge" of a planet in the system, running subsidiaries on their planets to keep everything running in their own vision.However, after the betrayal of one of their own, the Leaping Bunny has slowly been brought into the light. Now, it is known by most Alpheans that the Leaping Bunny's reaching arms ensnare every planet in a tight grip and an even tighter watch.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE NONE OF THESE CHARACTERS ARE ALPHEANS. IN FACT, THEY WOULD BE CONSIDERED ALIENOIDS BY SPECIES STANDARDS AND OFTEN DISGUISE THEIR REAL ORIGINS.


Ajax Sennato

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Ajax is one of the CEO'S of Leaping Bunny, their origins are unknown They are mostly known by name and do not visit the main Alphean planet often. They main task is often keeping the company in good terms with the public eye. They are very good at diplomacy but that does not mean they particularly enjoy it. From all the C.E.Os, one would consider them the most down to earth one, at a price. The guilt of their past made them self exile on the only remaining moon of the main planet, only coming down when doing business. Their image is pristine and polished- aside from the strange fact theyre weirdly addicted to cheap beer.


HOSTILE - ONO

Esperos Aeo

Esperos is the pharmaceutical CEO of Leaping Bunny and is known for their unethical experimentation on all things living. This person has changed their body so much they have become a almagamation of body parts and features. They are in a complicated position as Ajax often gives them trouble for their lab experiments. Extremely dangerous individual to be around. Regardless, Esperos is to thanks for any and all medicine development in alphea, they have been there since the start and pursued above and beyond to ensure that the medicine is always at its best version. They suffer intense delirium and some of their closest doctors would say that sometimes its almost as if multiple people are in one body, arguing for control.


FRIENDLY - ATLUSSENS

Mikijuk & Kolaut Demientieff

Known as "Meteor & Comet", the Demientieff twins are a walking fusion of beings. They act, think and behave in unison therefore people regard them as the same being most of the time. These CEO's often take charge of everything related to legal procedures, politics, and making LB's image pristine. They are, in fact, the same person in two bodies, in Ojaxian nature this is rare but not impossible. Throughout the years they have put millions in machine development to be able to have the body they sport today.


Oculum Mortem

HOSTILE - XUXIA

One of the CEO's of Leaping Bunny and the official death bringer to many people that decide to clash with them. They are the leader of a large and very loyal cartel group that has their base on Xuxia. Specializing on hit jobs and making people dissappear- in the nastier way that the Twins wouldnt agree with, all under the philosphy of glorifying death at every turn. Often, dealing with this strange yet charismatic preacher can be met with loss of limbs and even self for the ones that suffered one of their "kisses of death". They are dangerously mutated and wanted in various planets for their crimes against Alphean kind. Their cartel is well known for moving major drug trades across the system.


Revelis

HOSTILE - RIGARIOS

The CEO of Leaping Bunny who once went to rigarios and never came back. Revelis is an enigma even to the board of the company themselves. Word says they lost themselves in the deep sea planet, never to come out of their self made cage. This ojaxian is heavily mutated to standards not even their allies know how to grasp. Some suspect that Rigarios' silence as anation is due to what they have been doing there.


Faraxe

FRIENDLY - GREAT ASTEROID BELT

The first Alphean to be made, also the lonliest. Faraxe has lived their whole life in The Furnace, a section of the Great Asteroid Belt their reisde in. In the war between alpheans and alphas, they decided neither. Isolation has always been an aspect of the 2 eans theyre haunted with. The only planet they visit fairly often is Ono. Alpheans sacrifice their limbs for their contract and they replace them with the essence of the Weaponsmith, in the shape of cosmic stardust and a tinge of death. They are capable of this because they are the strange mixture of two contracts in one body, which is deemed impossible. The Ean of Forgery and the Ean of Cosmos live through them, for every new contract they make, any new limb they steal, their lifespan gets extended.

FRIENDLY - NOMAD

Escaping from a lab in the highest mountains of Alph'ea, Nun is a curious- unknown individual that has been using the Leaping Bunny app to communicate with fellow travelers, hoping theyll help him get his name back.
They are currently a wanted criminal due to crimes they did not really commit.
This strange individual is the result of unethical experimentation in the hands of Leaping Bunny. They rarely smile or express themselves in general and overall are a pushover. They try to show themselves as small and harmless.


The Oracle

An amalgamation of both Juan’s lucidity and fog. This mix of the dispositions cause the Oracle to have a very mysterious vibe. With a gray moral compass, he navigates the world as observantly as one can. Keeping in tune with his surroundings, and nothing done every detail he can see, feel and even taste. Living life to its max is the philosophy the Oracle follows. The Oracle is fascinated by relationships, and interactions with others in the world, being extremely emotionally involved with almost everyone he meets. The primal desire to have what others had is what drives him, and it results in him doing things for his own amusement.

Juan Ayala [00]

DECEASED - UNKNOWN

Chief Officer & Detective Ayala is the leader of the Investigation Bureau’s “Alpha” team. Because of this he has gained the reputation of the “Maneater” inside the force. His team is alpheans own flavor of suicide squad deployed to catch the most wicked and vile of murderers, them themselves being a group of strange individuals with blood on their hands, many not by choice. Throughout his century-long career Ayala has locked up as many people as he has lost in the process, he is not afraid nor stranger to the concept of death at the cost of justice but it still weighs heavy in his mind. Because of this he developed an intense addictive personality and revels in substances to ease his mind. He is the Hunter of Hunters, feared by both good and bad by how unstable his morality may be.


"Sotheby Zhou de Ayala"

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Dr. “Sotheby Zhou” is a behavior analyst and profiler for the Investigation Bureau that carries a bit of a track record of twisting people's arms a little too much. He graduated from his focus studies the same year as Ayala and has made a long and extensive academic career simply deconstructing the wonders of the alphean psyche. When he is not in the field with the Alpha team he covers his time by teaching criminal psychology and IB protocol at the Great University of Central Alphea (GUCA for short) located in the capital centralite city of Oblivi where the IB is now located. He is a reserved, stoic individual that has photographic memory and will call people out if needed.


Solaen Galceran

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Child of the old IB's groundskeepers, after the breach Sol became a permanent member of the IB's system. They now work under Officer Ayala as part of the Alpha team and is in charge of everything paperwork and communication. Outside their job they live a carefree van life and indulge in photography. They love complaining about their job and making friends.There is a slight offputting atmosphere to Solaen as a whole, all because they are actually a Notary for the IB and have the crucial and deadly role of contracting lost souls into the organization. This "gift" was given to them for surviving the incident that killed the whole Bureau staff, maybe a punishment for it.


Torin Moor

Once a humble waiter at a restaurant near the IB headquarters, Torin Moor was a man with a future full of promise. He had a loving wife, Rina Denzil, a junior officer whose dedication to her work was unmatched. But all that hope crumbled when Rina died tragically during a mission, leaving Torin shattered. The pain of her death turned to anger, and he directed that fury at the man he held responsible—Chief Officer Juan Ayala, Rina's superior and the one in charge of the case that took her life. Unable to move on, Torin’s life spiraled into turmoil. Despair consumed him, and in a desperate bid for closure, he confronted Juan Ayala at his farm. But the confrontation did not unfold as planned. Orochi Nasato Aoki

Orochi is the leader of the Aoki family. Father to Kouta, he is a great part of East Alphea's crime circles. If anyone could describe him, they would describe him as a necessary evil, since he is what keeps the most extremes criminals at bay. Orochi will not attack anyone without a reasonable explanation and works under very powerful people in Alph'ea..His relation to the Bureau comes from Sotheby Zhou, who was a childhood friend of his. Orochi knows Sotheby is living by a fake alias, and actually is the son of one of the most deadly mafia families of the East. He guards his secret in hopes maybe he gets to escape the web of crime they were born into.


Kouta Aoki

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Kouta is the lead singer for the band Death Peak - oh and also the child of famous mafioso Orochi Aoki. Kouta is a selective mute and suffers with a strange mutation that gave him an eye on his tongue. One could say they had a strange and difficult upbringing which lead them to have terrible social skills. They rather choose to stay sheltered and simply work for the family.Kouta inherited the blade from their mother, which is an ean artifact on itself that can produce fatal wounds by simply slicing someone. If a limb is cut off with it, the ability to regrow it in the hospital is impossible to non, which gave them the nickname "Limb Thief" in the upper mafia circles of the East. They are quick, cunning and live a very well crafted double life.


Isidore O'Brian

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Isidore is the groundskeeper for the old Ayala estate. Juan and him grew up together but became distant after the death or Mrs & Mr Ayala. Isidore specializes in everything nature and finds great joy foraging in the woods. In his local community he is considered a very friendly guy but distant to people in general.It is not weird to see her as the overseer of many thesis projects involving reservoir domes, she uses the Estate as training grounds for many alpheans. They studied many fields of agricultured before finally feeling satisfied enough to simply settle down in their small cabin at the side of the giant mansion.


Chanté Toussaint

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Chanté Toussaint is Leaping Bunny's most well known fashion designer. Apart from designing her own brand clothing and taking part of Alpheas' fashion scene she is Ajax Sennato's personal stylist. Distant from her family, she has buried her head in her work and not looked back since. Making close connections has been extremely hard for her.Since Oracle has joined the picture, they have taken them in as muse and inspiration, this has slowly derailed their work into extreme behaviours no one expected- but the runaway loves it, and her muse likes the attention. She looks to revolutionize fashion somehow.

Vak Velani Vexok

Born from Ono's royal family, he has once had countless of siblings. Living peacefully in the beach planet that is his lands. As he grew older, his kin was assasinated, including his parents who went last, he was placed in the throne without proper training or expectation. Vak shut down his planet from others, fearing that he will also die one day. Even though he si very popular among his people, it is clear the council has been mistreating him for years, yet no one has done anything about it.He has been trying to sober from a decade long addiction these recent months, and while with some setbacks, he still has been able to recuperate a lot of his physical autonomy. Vak is heavily medically disabled and requires of many doctors to keep his body alive. He is host of the phoenix mutation, un unpopular genetical defect that makes someone easy to break apart- and easy to rebuild.


Yoshirou Li

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Yoshirou is the guitarist for the band Death Peak and also Kouta's personal bodyguard. After serving time in Ono for a crime they commited, Orochi took in the onoian as part of the family and since then Yoshirou has been devoted to them ever since. They are fun, a bit dense and responsible, which is the reason the band doesn't get into major trouble.When not in concerts or interviews, Yoshirou stays next to Orochi and Kouta's side loyal as a dog, seeing the inner workings of the mafia and ensuring that no one crosses them. They are a heavy bruiser and easily drag people into the water to drown. They have never spoken about what crime they committed that caused such exile into Eneos, but whatever it was, it was bad enough they are no longer welcomed in Ono.

Kreah is a ranger from Xuxia's discovery and protection squad. She worked under the IB for a few decades and since then has kept in good touch with Officer Ayala. Nowadays she solely works on helping outsiders navigate the dangerous enviroments of her home planet and are training a young ranger called Mous Taha .Kreah was once a officer for the IB on mainland, until the incident. That taught her she did not want to have anything related to that establishment and nowadays sticks to her homeplanet, Xuxia. She was once married to another ranger which passed away in a freak incident, Kreah instead, was fixed by her home planet in attempts to make new hyrbid life.

The societal structure here is unmistakably hierarchical, with one's access to light serving as a clear indicator of wealth and status. The brighter the illumination one maintains, the higher their social standing, while those dwelling in darkness are relegated to the lower echelons of society. It's often cautioned that tourists avoid venturing into the depths of the caverns, as the unknown dangers lurking within are best left undisturbed.Atlussen II's economy thrives on the exportation of its abundant resources, comprising of a plethora of unique crystals, sediments, and rocks best used for construction materials throughout the Prime system. Notably, this planet is ill-suited for ocean walkers, as water is as scarce as illumination on Atlussen II, further emphasizing the planet's stark and unforgiving environment.


Mous Taha

Mous is a young ranger that is training under Kreah Turreh. They are extremely passionate about Xuxia's native fauna but very well aware of its dangers- since they lost most of their body to it! Now living with tough mechanics they want to use them to protect others from falling to the same fate they did. They are optimistic and practice mindfulness.Mous is at high risk of cyberpsychosis which is why they will never be seen in big city or crowded spaces, being in nature has helped have their mental health on check and since then have not expressed interest in going back home in Atlussen II. Many of their mechanics are solar powered and rely in the strong sunlight Xuxia gives sometimes through her leaves. They have been training to be a ranger for a decade now, which is 5 years beyond what is needed, it seems the position is just comfortable for them.


Kyron Tsekani

Kyron was a old medic from the alpha unit that did the great mistake of crossing Detective Zhou. After suffering an undocumented accident that left their body partially burnt, she retired to become a private doctor for the ones that do not trust the available resources in the main planet. Kyron's methods are sometimes questionable but they always work.They came from Atlussen II hoping to be able to develop cosmetics, they ended up being a medic after their parents passed away from an unknown infection. This lead them to working in the Bureau, becoming part of the old team, and eventually, burning alive.

Summary

The energy exporter planet, Eneos has a unique monopoly on the crystals that can be refined into fuel for the rest of the system. However, Eneos is not for the faint of heart, sporting subfreezing temperatures, constant blizzards, and shifting polar ice caps. Occasionally when the storms clear Eneos inhabitants can view stunning sights through the clouds before they quickly close again.A desolate land of harsh weather and even harsher Alpheans, Eneos is the system’s only large-scale prison for serious criminals. If you’re not there in a uniform, the sheared off crown or cut ears identify you as a prisoner within the system. The prisoners on Eneos’ surface endlessly mine and refine the raw crystal deposits that snake deep beneath the surface. Under the watchful eyes of their ruthless overseers, prisoners toil day and night to make sure the rest of the system gets the power they need.This planet’s only waterways are locked deep beneath the ice sheets unless holes are created by leaping megafauna, making this planet inhospitable for non-native oceanwalkers lest they want to freeze beneath the waves.


Azule Lesauvage

Azule was a System famous DJ who's career was brought to an abrupt end as result of a terrorist attack in one of his concerts. Mysteriously he has become radiated with ean energy and now is a walking hazard to any alphean that comes close. He has been isolated in a lab since then. His hobbies are now producing music and streaming it on the internet.Life has been strange for Azule since the incident, after so many years, the backlash discippated and no one ever found out why it happened to begin with. His friend circle is short, but good. Being an influencer was never a thing he expected to do, but it pays the bill and keeps him entretained.


Njord Lesauvage

Njord, brother to Azule, used to be a very famous fashion model that worked for Chante's brand. After beating someone to death in the runaway for being called "Terrorist Sib", he served sentence in Eneos and stayed ever since. Taking a very Anti-establishment attitude ever since the incident involving his brother, he now lives in the ice planet.Before his fell from grace he was the face anyone would recognize across the system, he was Boyfriend and Muse of Chanté Toussaint for a few years until the backlash happened. Nowadays they lead major nomadic units in Eneos and were chosen as leader in the faction they once grew up in, the Crescent Moons.

VII: ATLUSSEN I

Summary

The planet of balance, Atlussen I is known for their extreme commitment to law and order as well as their artisan crafts of many different fields. Atlussen I is a place for Alpheans to slow down and enjoy the beauty around them, as the mountainous grasslands and crystalline waters are filled with endless colors no matter where you place your eyes.With a lack of advanced technology due to environmental hazards, denizens of Atlussen I enjoy traveling from place to place either on foot or using the unique animals that roam the plains. They’re also more spiritual than other planets, believing the large crystal structures that litter the landscape to be a connection to a higher power present on Atlussen I. These crystals are the center of society on Atlussen I, being part of their art, their culture, and their survival.This is showcased by their two ceremonies, “The Forging” and “The Enlightenment”, which both revolve around isolation and connection between the Alphean and the crystals, though which crystals these are are dependent on the ceremony being performed. “The Enlightenment” specifically is the ritual gone through by Alpheans to become part of the judicial branch that governs Atlussen I and forms a faceless and unbiased body to help mediate any problems that arise.


Murvin Tkachenko

Once an investigator of ean machinery, now working for the Bureau, Murvin is a strange anomaly of a person. After a failed gate opening, his body was turned into a physical medium, unstable. As a ghost, he dissappears for long periods of time due to being stuck on the ean realm. He interns under Officer Ayala and suffers extreme social anxiety due to his condition.On the side to be able to pay for his studies, he runs a flower shop at the outskirts of the Biology District of the capital that sells terrariums and native fauna, hoping for people to replant the ecosystem once lost in the planet.


Mariana Von Akross

Mariana is a ex IB officer that fell off the deep end after her divorce with Officer Ayala. She is what people call a "chromehead". Extremely dangerous individual..She is a very well known case of what happens when an alphean overmechanizes themselves, and a warning for people that commit crimes in space. It is known the only hits she does by herself, are the ships known to traffic alpheans off the system.

The planet of technology and adaptation, Nessan pushed towards innovation by its harsh desert landscape and out of reach oases both above and below the surface. Nessan’s dangerous exterior often warns away even the most seasoned tourists, making any outside travelers either extremely ambitious… or extremely unlucky.Ran smoothly under the watchful eye of The Research Tribunal, all Nessan natives know their way around even the most complex scientific theory, with math being the key to transportation, bartering, and even simple survival. Alpheans that chose not to partake in the system are often left to wander through the desert at their own devices, but be wary of the many predators that lurk in the golden sands!This planet views nature as something to take inspiration from, with many of their structures being composed entirely of natural materials in order to keep nature free and untouched. Any mechanical structures you can find on Nessan are energy efficient and powered through clean energy, making their systems entirely self-sufficient from the rest of the system.

Exiled from his family, Lycurgus was a archeologist that witnessed a breach and came out as sole survivor. Since then he has given up field work and simply worked as a historian in the Central Alphea Museum for Ean Artifacts. A small side effect of the incident was that he is now haunted by a ean called Kon, that lives in a sword and sometimes takes his body for a spin.Lycurgus has a complicated life due to his condition, often leading to very awkward scenarios no matter how serious he wishes to present himself. His job of catching artifacts when necessary also requires him to be in fighting shape, which takes too much ko-fi he cannot always afford.


Idrak Zahari

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Victim of a unsub that killed their old group of friends, Idrak presumed dead was taken to Jaycelin's morgue where she literally put them back together with their leftover ean essence. This curse has made them a walking frankenstein- that now works as her assistant as payment. They founded the Monster Mash team and love their uni studies.Their old friend group were childhood friends that grew up in the upper islands of Nessan. Their parents practiced apiculture and they bonded over the fact they were all feline in a planet of bugs. That did not last long as their third visit to Alph'ea resulted in a crash, followed by a unsub that took their bodies and dismembered most of them. When Ayala found Zahari, they barely had a heartbeat- or limbs at all. They are a miracle case but because of the oddity of it they are often referred to as a zombie.


Bedesthaia Aguta

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA

Bedesthaia is the lead for the Medical unit of the Investigation Bureau. They are a neurosurgeon born with abnormally large fingers from Nessan that came to the capital planet to further research on the brain. Because of their mutation, they have two set of complementary hands they use in surgery. On their free time, they indulge in plays, book clubs and funny enough- bowling.Born in Nessan from top tier surgeons, their life was caved out for them since a pretty young age. There was one detail though, their webbed hands got in the way of managing equipment at all and thus they went onto extensive neuronal implants to be able to have 2 more sets of hands attached to their body. They can be plugged on and off at will but most of the time while at work, the glimmer of the metal can be seen underneath their cape.

These characters are brought into the story through their connections to other Alphean NPCs (for example - Vak and Ezaril's relationship).Most of these characters are not easy to meet or connect with, as they either don't know the Alphean language or they are unwilling to be seen. However, if you wish to link with these characters, connecting to them is more possible through interactions with story events and the campaign.


Seretaya Vega

One of the eans that crossed in the great massacre of the old IB offices. Taya is a witty and loud ean that partakes special interest in seeing how people tick in extreme circumstances. They are Juan's local hellhound and will hunt down any target - for a price. He works in the Alpha team as Evidence Collector and Forensic Artist.Out of the two, he is the most hard to deal with because he simply does not like alpheans as a whole, may it because of some old grudge or scars from the past, he is quick to dissappear from sight when bored or offended. Relating with him requires patience and sacrifice, since the best way to lure him out is to burn offerings on his name.


Jaycelin Aveira

??? - ALPH'EA

Being the other half of the breach back in the IB's massacre, Jaycelin is a ean of war that simply decided to retire. She works in Juan's team as medical examiner & morgue lead. Finding joy in the macabre, it is not strange to hear her crack a few morbid jokes here and there. When needed she can use her extensive training in weaponry to use.Jaycelin fell from grace very long ago, now that alpheans are peaceful, she looks for her fuel in the passions they display in the night. Regardless, clubs and discos are not enough to fully sustain her, which is why she resorts to feeding off the violence of the murderers the Alpha team chases aswell. This made her sickly and in bad days, a partial shut in on the morgue of the Bureau.


Ezaril Tumench

FRIENDLY - ALPH'EA or ONO

Non alphean, Ezra is the prince of the planet where Aroboro's come from. His connection to alpheans solely comes through his close friendship with King Vak. Still very oblivious to alphean culture and language, they will come off as reserved. Truth is, the culture crash often makes him very nervous.


Tekh'Nun At Zyn'o Ai

FRIENDLY - NOMAD

Named "Nameless healer of Souls." in old alpha, given because of their efforts in aiding alpha kind in ancient times. Their people were the original nomadic tribe that lived in Eneos before the Great Expansion. In exchange from saving them from an ice age extinction, they exiled themselves to a galaxy far away, leaving behind one to aid alphas with ean injuries.


Zo'Un

FRIENDLY - NOMAD

Zo is a humanoid android that works as Ajax's right hand woman. When the CEO is unable to do some tasks, they are bound to send Zo instead. Made of incredible durable materials this droid runs on Ojaxian fauna and is said to have a will of its own in certain degree. Silent, collected, it is said the bird remains in her torso are from a very loved animal that passed away.
